Robert Adams

When Robert Adams began making sculpture, his work was primarily made of wood. Soon he began to incorporate found objects, porcelain, fabric and paint in his ongoing experimentation with materials. Adams’ menagerie has included dogs, sheep, cats, birds, horses, ducks, rabbits and the occasional human. Robert Adams attended the Art Institute of Boston and spent 2 more years studying drawing and painting at the San Francisco Art Institute, also delving into ceramics and paint finishes. His work is in collections across the country.
